  • yes! if you have a local zip code free shipping will show up as an option when checking out.

    you can now pick up your order at my studio. its located at 2913A Gallatin Pike, nashville TN 37216.

    please give me at least 3 business days to get all local orders ready for pickup. you will receive an email from my site that your order is ready for pickup. can’t wait to meet you in person!

  • I currently do not accept returns. each piece in our shop is made with my two hands. please choose carefully when making your purchase.

  • given the nature of being a handmade ceramic piece, i highly suggest hand washing. however, you may use the dishwasher. keep in mind hand washing will extend the life of your pottery! everything sold is also food and microwave safe (unless noted in listing). remember that excessive heat causes stresses on the vessel.

  • i am not currently accepting custom or wholesale orders, unless you see them in stock in the shop!!

    wholesale accounts are currently put on hold. i may open them in the future. to be put on a wholesale email list please sign up here.

  • shop updates should typically happen every 4-6 weeks. the best way to keep up with knowledge on updates would be to sign up for our newsletter and following along on instagram @chelseafaith.

  • of course! since each piece is hand painted we change what designs are painted often. we like to keep things fun and not feel like “work.” therefore, there is no guarantee for a specific design to come back month after month.

    we do however have a few core designs. they include: black daisy, checkered, panthers, stress hearts, butterfly gal, and a few others. these designs should come back month after month.

    a good way to help me with what to paint is by signing up for a notification of restock on each listing! this lets me keep track of how many people want something :)

  • yes, we do ship internationally! i’m still working out the details on the costs so prices may be a little higher until i figure it out.

    if the quoted price you pay is much higher than it cost, i will be refunding the difference. please note, we are not responsible for damages to international shippings or duties/fees.

    all international shipments will ship ups or usps. please note that we can not ship to po boxes. thank you for understanding. if possible, please enter your phone number when placing an international order, most shippers need it!
