ALL ORDERS ARE typically PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 5-7 business DAYS.
WE SHIP each ORDER WITH INSURANCE TO cover total value of package.
IF YOUR PIECE ARRIVES BROKEN PLEASE SEND US AN email WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND PICTURES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AT HELLO@CHELSEAFAITH.COM. once we receive all information from you we will ARRANGE A similar REPLACEMENT.
we are not responsible for lost packages. please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. were happy to help locate it in any way we can - if your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email at hello@chelseafaith.com. we will do everything we can to help locate your package. if your package has been marked as delivered please reach out to your shipping carrier for assistance.
international buyers are responsible for fees + duties. international buyers, please note that we can not ship to a po box.
SAFETY
all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, unless noted on the listing. i do not recommend heating up our ceramic pieces for more than 2 minutes - as the ceramic piece will absorb heat and be hot to the touch. to avoid temperature shock, hand wash your item, avoid excessive microwave use, and avoid putting hot liquids in your item when the piece is cold or freezing.
